Our administrators are now part of Aptia
In January 2024, Aptia UK Limited bought Mercer’s UK pension business, which
includes the Fund’s administrators.
As a result, messages from Mercer will have Aptia’s name and logo instead.
This won’t change your pension or how you get services.
The Trustee appreciates that something as significant as a change in administrator
can have teething problems during the transition and continue to monitor service
levels closely.
