pension wise

A free, government-run service that provides impartial guidance on pension options for people aged 50 and over. They only offer guidance on defined contribution pension options, but may be able to help if you are considering transferring your benefits out of the Fund to take advantage of pension flexibilities.

Offers free and impartial guidance to people with workplace and personal pensions.

the pensions ombudsman

A free service that can help settle complaints and disputes relating to pension schemes. To be able to raise a complaint with the Pensions Ombudsman, it must have been raised first with the Fund via the Internal Dispute Resolution Process.
